Our Story
MicroFresh PDX started the way most good ideas do: at the kitchen table, wondering if there was a better way. We're a family-run business based in Hillsboro, Oregon, growing fresh microgreens with sustainable practices in a dedicated small-batch grow space.
How We Grow
Our microgreens operation runs out of a single six-tier rack that produces small batches with meticulous care. Every crop is grown using quality seeds with no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, and we follow sustainable growing methods throughout. We harvest by hand and pack everything into containers the same day, ensuring peak freshness.
What We're Growing
We started with Red Rambo radish, a vivid purple-and-magenta variety with a bold, peppery bite that makes every dish look restaurant-ready.
