Shipping policy

MicroFresh PDX offers local delivery only within a 15-mile radius of Hillsboro, Oregon. We do not ship via mail or courier.

How delivery works:

All orders are pre-orders. When you place your order, you are reserving a spot in our next available grow cycle. We will confirm your delivery date and approximate time window by email after your order is placed.

Microgreens are harvested the same morning as your delivery, never in advance. This is how we guarantee peak freshness and nutrition.

Delivery days vary by week and growing schedule. Current availability is shown at checkout.

Delivery area: Within 15 miles of Hillsboro, OR. If your address is outside this area, checkout will indicate that delivery is unavailable.

Delivery fee: Free local delivery on all orders.

Missed deliveries: If no one is home, we will leave your order in the safest shaded spot available and send you a delivery notification. Because our product is perishable, please plan to retrieve it promptly. We recommend storing it in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival for best quality within 5–7 days.
